Ms. Hatcher brings over 15 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, architecture and teaching. She has been involved in the development of multiple university, civic and ixed-use projects, executing every phase of the design and construction process, both as a designer and as an owner's representative. After graduating Cum Laude from Rice University, Tilly practiced architecture for 5 years and then taught for 6 years, honing her skills in communication, organization, leadership and consensus building. She then pursued her Masters in Urban Planning with a concentration in Urban Design and Real Estate Development, graduating with distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. For the last 4 years Ms. Hatcher has managed Owner responsibilities for institutional and mixed-use developments. Program Management projects include: HSW (Bridgeport, CT), The Preservation Block (Bridgeport, CT), and Ponce City Market (Atlanta, GA).
