President

Mr. Winstead has over 35 years of experience in commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. His work has ranged from ground-up construction of Atlanta’s most notable towers, to refurbishment of numerous public and private facilities. Mr. Winstead began his practice to provide services to third party clients who desire guidance on issues related to development, design, construction, maintenance and operations for real estate assets. His current and past clients include developers, educational institutions, corporations, hospitals, stadiums, arenas, museums, lenders, real estate investors, governmental entities and numerous non-profit organizations. Projects include: Bank of America Tower (Atlanta, GA), One Ninety One Peachtree Tower (Atlanta, GA), American Cancer Society Center (Atlanta, GA), Terminus 200 (Atlanta, GA), The Pinnacle (Atlanta, GA) and the Georgia Dome (Atlanta, GA).
